✦ Comply with applicable Specifications, Standards, Procedures at all stages of contract execution.
✦ Recruit competent manpower, assess employee performance; provide training as required.
✦ Foster a cordial working atmosphere; promote employee engagement; reward people for their performance.
✦ Select appropriate Vendors / Subcontractors and periodically appraise their performance.
✦ Develop QHSE procedures / work instructions to guide the team on the Process, responsibilities and HSE risks associated with activities, and ensure implementation of the same at worksite.
✦ Adhere to applicable Local, Federal and International laws.
✦ Identify, analyze and effectively manage all risks arising from work activities.
✦ Minimize environmental impact by conserving resources, reducing waste generation and preventing pollution in all our activities.
✦ Empower all employees to act responsibly and take precautions to protect themselves and others from injury, occupational illness and environmental damage.
